1980s

The first weekend-long conference of the UK bisexual community happened in December 1984, just over three years after the first meeting of the London Bisexual Group that organised it.

By the end of the decade, the event would be called BiCon and would offer the option of on-site residential accommodation. It would be a few more years before the next residential one, though.
