BiCon

Having only attended BiCon in 2008 and 2009, I will give a brief comparison of those two venues. As I recall, the Leicester venue had the (great, in my opinion) benefit of having all of its facilities, the bar, the mix and mingle zone, the dancefloor, the grassy bit outside and the bedrooms, close together; Worcester, by comparison, was much more spread out, and I frequently found myself wanting to socialize, but not finding anyone about, because everyone was elsewhere in the venue. Having the cafeteria on-site was useful, as it meant I didn't have to cook quite so much of my own food. One feature which I liked about both venues was the abundance of pleasant outdoor space for socializing and just sitting.
